President
Ashley Johnson, MAI, SRA, R/W-AC is President of First Appraisal Group, Inc. Ashley is a graduate of Indiana University and holds an Indiana Certified General Appraiser license. Ashley earned her MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2013; SRA in 2022. She received R/W-AC certification from the IRWA in 2022.
Ashley is active in the Appraisal Institute on a National and Chapter level. She was the 2019 President of the Hoosier State Chapter. Currently, she serves as Chair of the National Women’s Initiative Committee.
In addition to her involvement with the Appraisal Institute, Ashley is an active member of International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and currently serves as President of Chapter 10 (Indiana).
Wayne F. Johnson II, MAI, RM

Vice President, Wayne F. Johnson II, MAI, RM has been in the real estate industry for over thirty years. His appraising career started with the Indiana Department of Transportation where he worked as a staff appraiser and then a review appraiser.
He is a graduate of Indiana University and has an Indiana Certified General Appraiser License. Wayne earned his MAI designation and RM designation from the Appraisal Institute and is an INDOT approved appraiser and review appraiser.
Wayne was the 2021 Recipient of the Richard E. Nichols, MAI, SRA Lifetime Achievement Award given by the Hoosier State Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
